DealDoctor® Referral Program

Introduce a customer. Earn 10%.

Introduce a customer to CARMAI™ or CARMAgree™. When they buy a plan with your referral code, you earn 10% of its payments for 12 months.

How it works

Sign up. Share. Get paid.

Step 01 · Sign up

Sign up online

Give your name, email and country in the sign-up form and accept the Referral Program Agreement. You become a referrer when we email you your referral code.

Step 02 · Share

Share your code

Give your code to the customers you introduce. They type it in the "Referred by (referral code)" box when they buy a CARMAI™ or CARMAgree™ plan.

Step 03 · Get paid

Each quarter

Through Stripe, which collects your bank, tax and identity details, or by bank transfer to an account you give us. We keep your Stripe account ID, bank or card brand, last four digits and holder's name, and any tax form or bank details you give us directly.

What is credited to you

  • At a carmai.pro or carmagree.com checkout: a CARMAI™ plan or CARMAgree™ seat plan bought with your code in the "Referred by (referral code)" box.
  • No code, no commission: a purchase made without your code is not credited.
The terms

What you earn

  • A CARMAI™ plan or a CARMAgree™ seat plan credited to you: 10% of its payments for 12 months from its first payment.
  • Taxes are excluded; refunds and lost chargebacks are deducted.
  • Each payment's commission becomes payable 90 days after the payment.
  • We pay once at least $25 is payable. Stripe pays referrers in the US, the UK, the European Union, Norway, Liechtenstein, Canada and Switzerland; elsewhere, we pay by bank transfer.

What is not covered

  • CARMAgree™ envelopes, CARMAI™ credit packs and dealdoctor.pro store orders.
  • Purchases in the App Store or Google Play.
  • Customers who, at their first purchase with your code, had held a CARMAI™ or CARMAgree™ account for more than 90 days or had bought from us before. Purchases by you, your affiliates, your employees or anyone buying for you.
  • A purchase credited to another referrer.
  • Payments in a currency other than US dollars, and purchases on Amazon (including the CARMA™ manuals sold there).
  • Legal, consulting and other professional services of DealDoctor PLLC.

Your part

  • Tell the people you refer that you may earn a commission.
  • Do not bid on our names in search ads, send unsolicited email, or post your code on coupon sites.
  • Do not share web links that carry your code, and do not promote DealDoctor PLLC's legal or consulting services.
  • If you are a lawyer or an accountant, your professional rules decide whether you may accept a referral payment and what you must tell a client.

Tax

  • We issue tax forms and withhold tax where the law requires.
  • Before the first payout we need your tax details: a W-9 (US) or a W-8BEN or W-8BEN-E (outside the US). US referrers paid through Stripe give them to Stripe during set-up.

The fine print

  • The Referral Program Agreement you accept when you sign up sets the full terms. It is non-exclusive: you may promote other companies' products, and we may work with other referrers. If either side ends the Agreement, referrals already credited keep earning for the rest of their 12 months. If it ends because of a breach, the referrals connected with the breach earn nothing, and we may recover commission paid on them.
  • We may change or end the program by email with 30 days' notice. A change to the rate, the 12-month period or the 90-day hold applies only to referrals made once it takes effect.
  • These terms are governed by the laws of the District of Columbia.
