DealDoctor PLLC (“DealDoctor,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the website dealdoctor.pro, including the CARMAcademy™ store (together, the “Site”). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you visit the Site, subscribe to our emails, book a call, or purchase our digital products. DealDoctor PLLC is the controller of personal information collected through the Site.

The CARMAI™ software platform (including the CARMAI™ Word Plugin and CARMAI™ Web application) is governed by its own Privacy Policy at carmai.app/privacy. If you use CARMAI™, that policy applies to your use of the software; this policy applies to this Site.

1. Information We Collect

Contact and subscription information. When you fill out a form on the Site — for example, to request a free resource, join our email list, or contact us — we collect the information you provide, such as your name and email address.

Purchase information. When you buy a digital product through our store, we collect the information needed to process your order: your name, email address, billing details, and the products you purchased. Payment card details are collected and processed directly by our payment processors (see Section 4); we do not receive or store full payment card numbers.

Booking information. If you schedule a call with us through Calendly, we receive the name, email address, and any details you provide when booking.

Technical and usage information. Like most websites, we automatically collect standard server log information (such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps) and aggregate site statistics through Jetpack Stats (WordPress.com).

Cookies. The Site uses cookies that are necessary for it to function — such as cart and checkout session cookies — and cookies used for aggregate site statistics. You can control cookies through your browser settings; blocking necessary cookies may prevent checkout from working. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

2. How We Use Information

Deliver the digital products you purchase and provide receipts and order support
Send you resources you request (such as free guides and checklists)
Send marketing and educational emails, if you have opted in (see Section 3)
Send transactional emails (order confirmations, download links, booking confirmations)
Operate, secure, and improve the Site
Comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations

3. Email Marketing

We send marketing and educational emails only to people who have opted in — for example, by requesting a free resource or subscribing on the Site. Every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link. You can opt out at any time, and we will honor your request promptly. Unsubscribing from marketing emails does not stop transactional emails related to your purchases (such as receipts and download links).

Our email list is managed with FluentCRM, which is self-hosted — meaning your subscriber data is stored on DealDoctor’s own server, not with a third-party marketing platform. Emails are delivered through Postmark (see Section 4).

4. Service Providers

We share information with a small number of service providers, only as needed to run the Site:

WordPress.com (Automattic Inc.) — website hosting and Jetpack Stats (aggregate site analytics)
WooCommerce and our payment processors (such as WooPayments/Stripe and PayPal) — order and payment processing; your card details go directly to the processor
Postmark (ActiveCampaign, Inc.) — transactional and marketing email delivery
FluentCRM and Fluent Forms (self-hosted) — form handling and email list management on DealDoctor’s own server
Calendly — call scheduling

These providers process information on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments. We do not authorize them to use your information for their own marketing.

5. What We Do Not Do

We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
We do not share your information with third parties for their advertising purposes.
We do not build advertising profiles about you.

6. Data Retention

Order and billing records: retained as long as required for tax, accounting, and legal purposes
Email subscriber data: retained until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it
Form submissions and booking records: retained as long as reasonably needed to respond and maintain business records
Server logs and aggregate statistics: retained per our hosting provider’s standard practices

In each case, we retain personal information only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy or as required by applicable law.

7. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to object to or limit certain processing. To make a request, email us at DealDoctor@DealDoctor.Pro. We will verify your identity and respond as required by applicable law. You will not be treated differently for exercising your rights.

Requests concerning the CARMAI™ software platform may also be made through the contacts listed in the CARMAI™ Privacy Policy at carmai.app/privacy.

8. Children’s Privacy

The Site and our products are directed to business audiences and are not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 18, we will delete it promptly.

9. International Visitors

Our servers and service providers are located in the United States. If you access the Site from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States.

10. Security

We use commercially reasonable safeguards — including encryption in transit (HTTPS) and access controls — to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy on this page and revise the effective date above. If changes are material, we will highlight them on the Site or notify subscribers by email where appropriate.

12. Governing Law

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
