A signature is only as good as the file under it
A signature proves that someone signed. It says little about what they signed.
Documents carry more than their text. White-on-white runs and zero-point type. Tracked changes and comments left over from an earlier round. Metadata naming authors, timestamps and revision history. Instructions placed in the file to steer an AI reader. On a routine send these often go undetected — the page looks clean on screen, so the envelope goes out.
A signature closes the deal. The file underneath it is what gets read in discovery.
The cost tends to surface late. Not at signing, when a correction is cheap, but in a dispute — when the file is produced in discovery and read closely by someone whose job is to find what went unread. By then the record is fixed, and the conversation has moved to damages and legal fees.
The exposure does not check your headcount. It attaches to anyone who sends agreements out for signature and expects to rely on them later.

Upload the document and anchor the signature, initials, date and company fields where they belong. The screen runs before the envelope goes out, and it reports what it found — to you.
Send and track
Signers receive a link, open the document and sign — no account required. Route in order or in any order, with automatic reminders. Created, sent, first opened and executed are recorded and timestamped in UTC.
Seal and keep
CARMAgree™ seals the executed PDF, records a SHA-256 of it and issues a Certificate of Execution. Signatures, certificate and audit trail travel together as one document.
The result is not just a signed PDF. It is an evidence record built to be read later — and to stand up when it is.
