Take control of unwanted calendar invitations.
Review suspicious invitations, manage trusted and blocked senders, and remove unwanted events from supported calendars. CALENDARguardian™ helps you see what was checked, what needs attention and whether a removal completed.
Connect the accounts you choose to protect. Supported accounts, permissions and features vary by connection and interface.
Connect. Review. Check the result.
Connect your calendar
Sign in and authorize access to a supported account. Each calendar or mailbox connection requires its own permission.
Review and decide
Check flagged invitations and the reasons shown. Manage trusted and blocked senders and choose the cleanup settings that fit your needs.
Check the result
Review source-specific scan results and removal outcomes. Authorized server connections can continue checking while the dashboard is closed.
What you can do
Review suspicious invitations
Inspect warning signals and risk scores to decide what needs attention. Scores guide review; they do not certify safety.
Manage your rules
Maintain trusted and blocked senders and domains, with words or phrases for review.
Scan on demand
Check connected supported sources within a selected date range. Review completion status and counts for each source.
Continue server checks
Authorized server connections can work while the dashboard is closed. Timing depends on the provider, connection and settings.
See action outcomes
Distinguish a saved block, pending cleanup and a completed removal. Failed or incomplete checks require attention.
Where you can use it
Web
Use the web service to connect supported accounts and manage protection. The Outlook add-in and the Android app are available now. The iOS app is not yet available on the App Store.
Outlook add-in
Free to install from Microsoft Marketplace. A CALENDARguardian™ account is required, and continued service requires a paid subscription after the 14-day website trial. It is built for supported desktop and web Outlook clients with Outlook.com personal or Microsoft 365 business mailboxes, and it does not add commands to Outlook for iOS or Android. Client and administrator settings apply. It is separate from the standalone mobile apps. Adding Yahoo or Gmail to Outlook does not automatically connect or protect that mailbox through the add-in. See the user guide for current compatibility.
Android
Get CALENDARguardian™ on Google Play. An annual subscription is required after any introductory trial offered through Google Play. Google Play shows its own prices and offers before purchase. A purchase covers the product and platform shown by the channel you buy through.
One annual plan. A 14-day free trial.
$9.99 for your first year. Then $19.99 per year until canceled.
The introductory website offer ends December 31, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. Eastern. No coupon required. Applicable taxes are additional. The website trial requires no credit card. Starting a free trial alone does not reserve the offer.
Apple and Google store offers, localized prices and trial eligibility may differ. Review the terms displayed before purchase.
Can I connect multiple accounts?
Yes, supported accounts can be connected separately. Each requires authorization.
Do I need to leave the website open?
Authorized server-side checks can continue with the dashboard closed. Mobile device-calendar behavior depends on the operating system.
Does blocking prevent every invitation from arriving?
No. A service rule does not guarantee prevention of provider delivery or calendar insertion. Cleanup depends on permissions and successful processing.
Does this clean all spam email?
No. Optional invitation-email functionality concerns calendar invitations and attachments, not general mailbox spam.
Can I delete my account?
Account controls provide an account-deletion flow. Review the product's current terms for retained records and the applicable store's subscription-management process.
Choose the accounts you want protected.
Start with a supported calendar connection, review the first scan and configure your rules.
